Master Wu will guide us on a journey into the heart of ancient teachings, where the source of health, power, and balance is Qi – life energy – and its stagnation is the fundamental origin of illness.
In this open session, you will be introduced to the foundations of Shamanic Thunder Qigong (Zhen ☳), an internal practice of healing and strength-building inspired by the ancient Emei mountain tradition and the Book of Changes (Yijing).
You’ll experience a form called the Heart Ritual – an ancient blend of inner movement, breath, and sound.
For everyone – regardless of experience level. Ideal for those who seek to understand, feel, and practice.
