A wonderful Zoom session yesterday, Master Wu! My experience was more of a therapeutic healing session rather than a Qi Gong class which was refreshing. I felt my strength challenged, and my connection with Qi and heat through my body in a new and deepened way. My kidneys and adrenals needed it. I am happy for this series.
