A lifelong Daoist practitioner, lineage holder Master Zhongxian Wu has been teaching internationally since 1988. He is author of 15 books (5 in Chinese) on ancient Chinese wisdom traditions.
Since 1972, Master Wu has devoted himself to the study of classical Chinese arts – Qigong/Neigong, Taiji, internal martial arts, Chinese medicine, astrology, cosmology, Yijing science, talisman calligraphy, ancient Chinese music – and has studied with the highest level masters of these fields…

Master Wu’s teachings have improved my life in profound ways and provided me with an experientially-grounded exploration of Chinese philosophy, symbolism, cosmology and medicine.
It took me a long time to decide which of Master Wu’s calligraphy I would hang in my meditation room. It was a difficult choice. They all have a powerful shamanic feel of primal simplicity, but also a lyrical elegance and sometimes a bit of whimsy.
I’m loving this form and *especially* loving that we can learn QiGong from afar. I hope you will consider keeping up a Zoom class in the future so we all can benefit from your teaching more often than we used to be able to! I am enjoying exploring the new sensations from these forms.
