XinYi 心意 – “Heart – Mind” – is more than just a martial art. It is an inner path of transformation, rooted in the Daoist Hidden Immortal Lineage
In this unique workshop, Master Wu will introduce participants to XinYi BaGua – the deepest level of practice from the legendary Dai Family School (DaiShi XinYi Quan 戴氏心意拳).
This is work with intention, movement, energy, and mind – simultaneously developing the body, strengthening Qi, and opening inner channels of awareness.
Recommended for those who want to go deeper than external form – for those who seek a practice that engages both the body and the inner potential, not just repetition of movements.
