Shamanic Qigong Hu Fu (Tiger Talisman) is one of the most powerful energy practices in Chinese tradition. Its movements, representing and imitating a calligraphy representation of the Tiger Talisman, unite the body with the power of breath, consciousness with the eternal rhythm of the elements, and personal energy with the Qi of the universe.
The Tiger represents the Metal element – lungs, breath of life – and the ability to act in alignment with intuition.
