• ErShiBaXiuGong 二十八㝛功 – 28 Lunar Mansions
• NeiGong – Internal Alchemy Meditation III
• ShuFu 書符 – Chinese Calligraphy & Talismans I
• Yijing III – 64 Hexagram Divination (Introduction)

Retreat schedule:

The schedule will be as follows, starting in the early morning on day 1 (September 23) and ending in the evening on day 6 (September 28):

6:00-7:45 practices 
10:15-11:00 lecture / question & answer
11:30-12:15 practices
15:45-16:30 practices 
17:00-17:45 lecture  / question & answer

Financial details:

• All payments will be made via bank transfer
• Full payment (€1150) for this session is due at least 30 days before the start of the retreat: Please pay by 23 August 2021
• Retreat will begin will dinner on September 23 (6:00am) and end on September 28 (5:45pm)
