Weekly Seasonal Zoom Classes with Master Wu
In order to support the traditional cultivation practices of Qi-friends from all over the world, I will continue to offer weekly Qigong classes through Zoom.
Aligned with the Great Way of Nature, the topics of these classes change with each season, providing opportunities to harmonize our personal Qi with Daoist cosmological GanZhi calendar.
My weekly seasonal classes are donation based, open to everyone, regardless of experience.
Class Description
Chinese Shamanic Cosmic Orbit Qigong is an advanced internal cultivation practice from the EMei ZhenGong 峨嵋真功 (Mt. EMei Shamanic Qigong) tradition. This 12 movement form utilizes key components of ancient shamanic Qigong lineages – mudra, mantra and visualization and connects us with the 12 rhythms of the natural cycle, the 12 Tidal Hexgrams of the Yijing (I Ching), the 12 Chinese Animals and 12 Earthly Branches.
In the first seven movements of the Cosmic Orbit Qigong form, we focus on strenthening vitality, our YangQi 陽氣, and on refining the Qi of our five organ systems. In the last five movements, we activate all of our meridians – allowing the Qi to flow smoothly through the microcosmic orbit of our body and opening space for deep spiritual transformation to occur.

You are also welcome to make a lump sum donation based on how many classes you plan to attend (or have already attended). You may find this option in the “Weekly Class” submenu option in the Store, where you can chose the quantity of $15 donations you’d like to make, simply add them to your chart and proceed through the check out process.
This is a great option for those who do not have a PayPal account and prefer to pay via credit card.

Each class is one and half hour class

Class is held 18:30-20:00 (Central European Time)
- 6:30-8:00pm CET is equal to: 09:30-11:00am Pacific Standard Time, 12:30-2:00pm Eastern Standard Time/ 5:30-7:00pm Greenwich Mean Time, etc
