Winter Solstice Internal Alchemy Zoom Ceremony

Description
Join me on Zoom to celebrate the winter solstice, one of the most powerful times for inner transformation and healing. In this session we practice using the mudra associated with Fu 復 hexagram 24.
Fu is the first of the twelve tidal hexagrams and represents the energetic pattern of rebirth and the Rat animal sign.
The symbol of the hexagram is made with one Yang line at the bottom and five Yin lines on top, which represents Yang Qi, or new life energy, returning back in a natural cycle.
It is the symbol for rebirth and rejuvenation.
