Master Zhongxian Wu invites us with those words:
“Both calligraphy and tea have been a part of our traditional life.
Of all my inner cultivation experiences, the most powerful practices are Fu, Chinese Calligraphy/Talisman.
According to Wu (Chinese Shamanic) tradition, talismans allow us direct access to universal Qi for the purposes of inner cultivation, healing and creating harmonizing FengShui energy.
As a part of your daily cultivation practice, drinking tea awakens your consciousness to a level similar to those which arise from a deep Qigong meditation practice – this can in turn make room for a great Qi transformation to occur within your body!
Savouring tea is an art — it is an art of Tao, internal alchemy, Qi transformation, martial arts, life and an art of love.”
During this event Master Wu will demonstrate the Tao of calligraphy and tea, and also share a simple qigong practice of the Tao.
