During this time of the year, your internal Yang Qi will naturally leave the deepest level of your energetic body and express itself in the outer layer of your body. However, traditionally we emphasize the importance of holding on to your Yang Qi.

On Wednesday, 21 June, at 8:00-8:15pm Pacific Standard Time (which is the equivalent of Thursday, 22 June at 05:00-06:15am Central European Time), I will offer a summer solstice Qi-ceremony via Zoom, featuring Gou hexagram internal alchemy, to help you learn how to retain your Yang Qi during this powerful time in the annual cycle.  

This event will be recorded and available to watch for up to one week after the event.
