In the Daoist tradition, summer solstice marks the mid-point of summer, representing the pure Yang state of immortality and spiritual freedom.
During this time of year, your internal Yang Qi naturally leaves the deepest level of your energetic body and expresses itself in the outer layer of your body.
Traditionally, we emphasize the importance of holding on to your Yang Qi, especially during this time of year!
Join us during this powerful time in the annual cycle, the Solstice day, for a summer solstice Internal Alchemy and Qi-ceremony workshopt o help you harmonize the Yīn 陰and Yǎng 陽, enhance your True Fire and anchor your Yang Qi within!
The teaching will be recorded on Zoom for one week after the workshop.
The teaching will focus on:

- The Horse Animal Sign meditation
- Gou 媾 hexagram internal alchemy Taiji movement—YùNüChuānShū 玉女穿梭 Jade Lady Shuttles the Looms
- Qi healing and spiritual transformation with live Qin 琴 / Heart-Music
