Qiūfēn 秋分, the autumn equinox, is one of the most powerful times for inner transformation and healing. It is a significant point marks the middle of the autumn.
From the Daoist cosmological perspective, in the natural annual cycle, the Yīn 陰 and Yáng 陽 energies reach equal levels at both the vernal and autumnal equinoxes, special moments each year that embody equality, balance, and peace.

Guān is one of the twelve tidal hexagrams, which represents the energetic pattern of mid autumn as well as the monthly animal sign Rooster. Guān ䷓ hexagram is the symbol for healing and inner transformation.
