GanZhi WuXingFa is an ancient Daoist internal cultivation technique for health, healing and spiritual transformation. In this workshop, he will share:

Awakening the Tiger Talisman Morning Qigong
According to Wu 巫 (Chinese shamanism) and Daoist traditions, Fu 符 (talismans) allow us direct access to universal Qi for the purposes of inner cultivation, healing, and creating harmonizing Fengshui energy. HuFu 虎符, the Tiger Talisman, which represents the Metal Element, respiratory system, the Vital Breath of the Dao, and the spirit of the West and the lungs.
In these Thursday – Saturday morning events, we will practice Awakening the Tiger Talisman Qigong during Chen 辰 (Dragon) time, a powerful time of day to promote inner transformation. Your morning practice will enliven your spirit and strengthen your digestive function.

Returning to the Cave – Tiger Talisman Evening Qigong

We meet during You 酉 (Rooster) time, one of the most powerful times of day (traditionally known as ZhiWuMaoYou 子午卯酉) for internal alchemy. Your evening practice will not only calm your spirit but also nourish your lung and spleen Qi.
