Qian and Dui Hexagram Palace Review

Description
Practice the sixteen movements of both Qian and Dui Hexagram Palace internal alchemy and learn their linking forms so that you can practice the two sets of eight movements as an unbroken Qigong form.
For those of you who have learned these forms from me before, this workshop offers a great opportunity to deepen your experience with Yijing internal cultivation and wisdom.
This course is also great preparation for those of you who would like to continue with the internal alchemy hexagram series and join us for the Li Palace course.
Please note! Previous experience with the Qian and Dui Palace Hexagram movements are not necessary.
