Taiji is an ancient art form that utilizes slow deliberate movements to develop health, balance and grace.
Traditional Taiji forms are precisely choreographed to create a relaxed mind-body dance that stretches and strengthens the entire body.
In this training, Master Wu will focus on the Taiji fan form from China’s WuDang mountain, the birthplace of Taiji.
