SUMMARY:Autumn Equinox Daoist Internal Alchemy Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Description\n\n\n\nQiūfēn 秋分\, the autumn equinox\, is one of the most powerful times for inner transformation and healing.  It is a significant point marks the middle of the autumn. \n\n\n\nFrom the Daoist cosmological perspective\, in the natural annual cycle\, the Yīn 陰 and Yáng 陽 energies reach equal levels at both the vernal and autumnal equinoxes\, special moments each year that embody equality\, balance\, and peace.  \n\n\n\nPlease join us for the autumn equinox Daoist Internal Alchemy ceremony. In this event\,  Master Wu will offer Qi healing with live Qin music and share Daoist autumn Equinox practices associated with Guān 觀䷓\, hexagram 20. \n\n\n\nGuān is one of the twelve tidal hexagrams\, which represents the energetic pattern of mid autumn as well as the monthly animal sign Rooster. Guān ䷓ hexagram is the symbol for healing and inner transformation.

SUMMARY:Tao and Sound — An Encounter with the Qin in Warsaw
DESCRIPTION:Description\n\n\n\nThe Qin (guqin\, 琴) is the oldest and most revered instrument in the Chinese musical tradition\, with a history spanning more than three thousand years. For centuries\, it has symbolized wisdom\, inner harmony\, and self-cultivation. In Chinese tradition\, the guqin represents the human heart and the path of inner development. Its music\, also known as Qin Xin (琴心) – “Music of the Heart”\, has served for over a thousand years as a means of contemplation\, healing\, and nurturing harmony between body\, mind\, and spirit. \n\n\n\nThe guqin was never intended as an instrument for virtuoso performance or public spectacle. Rather\, it was created as a companion for quiet reflection and a profound dialogue with oneself and with nature. Even its construction is deeply symbolic: the gently arched upper soundboard represents Heaven\, while the flat lower board represents Earth. Together\, they remind us of the harmony that can exist between human beings and the natural world. For generations\, the guqin accompanied scholars\, philosophers\, and Daoist masters in their lifelong pursuit of inner balance and wisdom. \n\n\n\nWe warmly invite you to join Master Wu for this unique musical encounter. More than a concert\, it is an opportunity to experience the timeless beauty of the guqin\, discover its place within Chinese philosophy and culture\, and immerse yourself in the quiet\, healing harmony of the Dao.

SUMMARY:Chinese Shamanic Tiger Qigong in Warsaw
DESCRIPTION:Description\n\n\n\nChinese Shamanic Tiger Qigong is a uniquely potent practice designed to bolster our health and deepen our spiritual connection to universal energy. Lineage holder\, Master Zhongxian Wu provides detailed instruction in this powerful 24-movement Qigong form from China’s shamanic Mt. Emei tradition. \n\n\n\nThe tiger is a symbol for shamanic power and for Qi\, especially ZhengQi 正气. Physically\, ZhengQi is represented most strongly by the Lung\, which prevents pathogenic Qi from invading the body. The Lung governs and energizes all the meridians of the body\, helping us to achieve and maintain a high level of resilient well being. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration\n\n\n\nTo register\, please email Jan Glinski.
