In this class series, we will go through the eight hexagrams of the Zhen Palace (following the Eight Palaces hexagram arrangement), the course will span over several months and is divided into three parts.

During this course, we will focus one hexagram per class. I will discuss the hexagram’s symbolic meaning and spiritual cultivation principles and guide participants through its related internal alchemy practice from the Hidden Immortal Lineage Taiji form.
