In the Daoist tradition, summer solstice marks the mid-point of summer, representing the pure Yang state of immortality and spiritual freedom. 

Around this time, your internal Yang Qi will naturally leave the deepest level of your energetic body and express itself in the outer layer of your body. However, traditionally we emphasize the importance of holding on to your Yang Qi.

On Tuesday, 21st June, at 17:30-19:00 Central European Time, I will offer a Zoom summer solstice Qi-ceremony with Gou hexagram internal Alchemy to help you learn retain your Yang Qi during this powerful time in the annual cycle.
