In this 2 part series I will discuss the meaning of each movement, as well as internal alchemy and healing principles of the Fire Dragon Meridian Qigong form

We will also review/practice the form on both meetings (12 March & 2 April)

Class is open to everyone! 

No experience practicing the Fire Dragon Meridian Qigong form is necessary

Will the class be recorded?

These classes will be recorded

The recording will be emailed to registered participants 24 hours after the class begins, and will be available to up to one week after the class meets
