Weekly Seasonal Zoom Classes with Master Wu
In order to support the traditional cultivation practices of Qi-friends from all over the world, I will continue to offer weekly Qigong classes through Zoom.
Aligned with the Great Way of Nature, the topics of these classes change with each season, providing opportunities to harmonize our personal Qi with Daoist cosmological GanZhi calendar.
My weekly seasonal classes are donation based, open to everyone, regardless of experience.
Chinese Shamanic Tiger Qigong Description
Chinese Shamanic Tiger Qigong is a uniquely potent practice designed to bolster our health and deepen our spiritual connection to universal energy. Lineage holder, Master Zhongxian Wu provides detailed instruction in this powerful 24-movement Qigong form from China’s shamanic Mt. Emei tradition.
The tiger is a symbol for shamanic power and for Qi, especially ZhengQi 正气. Physically, ZhengQi is represented most strongly by the Lung, which prevents pathogenic Qi from invading the body. The Lung governs and energizes all the meridians of the body, helping us to achieve and maintain a high level of resilient well being.
How do I make a donation?

You are also welcome to make a lump sum donation based on how many classes you plan to attend (or have already attended). You may find this option in the “Weekly Class” submenu option in the Store, where you can chose the quantity of $15 donations you’d like to make, simply add them to your chart and proceed through the check out process.
This is a great option for those who do not have a PayPal account and prefer to pay via credit card.
Practical details for joining the class
Each class is one and half hour class
First class meeting is 13 August 2022
Class is held 18:00-19:30 (Central European Time)
- 6:00-7:30pm CET is equal to: 09:00-10:30am Pacific Standard Time, 12-13:30pm Eastern Standard Time/ 5-6:30pm Greenwich Mean Time, etc
