In Chinese shamanic traditions, XuanWu, the Mystical Warrior, is the totem of a combined turtle and snake, is the spirit of north and of YuanQi 元氣, your life source.

Regular practice of this gentle and powerful Qigong form will bolster your YuanQi and optimize your karma.
