Zoom Spring Cultivation Practice: Fire Dragon Meridian Qigong
According to Chinese wisdom traditions, Long 龍 / Dragon is the spirit of the East and related to the first spark of life energy, the energy of the Dao itself. It is a symbol for the Eastern direction (space) and Eastern season (time). Dragon represents power, life energy, transformation, communication, connection, freedom, the rainmaker, and the Universal way. Since ancient times, fire has been a symbol for new life energy. The sparks that rise from fire swirl upward like a dancing dragon.
Fire Dragon Meridian Qigong form is an ancient method of transforming areas of stagnation in all of the layers of your body. Daily practice of this form is a way to establish a free-flow of Qi (vital energy) in your body, transform areas of stagnation, and re-awaken your vitality.

Master Zhongxian Wu and Dr. Karin Taylor Wu share this key Qigong form for those seeking healing from cancer and other significant life challenges.
