The 9 movements of the Chinese Shamanic Tiger Talisman Qigong form represent the Vital Breath of the Dao and are connected to the rhythm of nature and our lives. Regular practice will help attune personal Qi to the Qi of the Universe and enhance the effectiveness of your healing ability and martial art skills.
